03Point of contact for authorities

For the purposes of Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), authorities and users can reach us at support@enchant.ee. We accept communication in English. Enchant.ee is operated from Taiwan; we are working to appoint a representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR and will publish their details here as soon as they are designated. Until then, write to support@enchant.ee and we will answer within 30 days.

05Dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not currently do so — but we would always rather settle a complaint directly, so please write to us first.
