01What we collect
Account details: your email, name, and username — and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name, email, profile picture). Content you create: your pages, widgets, posts, uploaded media, and published templates. Purchase records: your plan and marketplace purchases, handled by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your card number. Usage data: logs, IP address, and browser or device information, used for security and debugging.
02How we use it
To run the service: hosting your page at its public link, showing your posts in the feed, processing subscriptions and marketplace purchases, paying out creators, answering your messages, and keeping the platform safe. Remember that your page and posts are public by design — that's the point of the product. We don't sell your data and we don't run third-party advertising.
03Who processes your data
We use a small set of providers, each only for what it's needed for: Google (OAuth sign-in), Lemon Squeezy (payments, as merchant of record), Cloudflare R2 (media you upload), Neon (our Postgres database), and Vercel (hosting). Your data isn't shared with anyone else except when the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your account data; residual copies in backups are purged on our normal backup cycle. Transaction records may be kept longer where accounting or tax law requires it.
06Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — email support@enchant.ee and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your pages, posts, and uploads.
07Children
Enchant.ee is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we delete such accounts when we discover them.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Updates are posted on this page, and we'll give notice for material changes.
