01What we collect
Account details: your email, name, username, and date of birth (collected once at signup to check the minimum age; never shown on your page) — and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name, email, profile picture). Content you create: your pages, widgets, posts, uploaded media, and published templates. Purchase records: your plan and marketplace purchases, handled by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your card number. Usage data: logs, IP address, and browser or device information, used for security and debugging.
02How we use it
To run the service: hosting your page at its public link, showing your posts in the feed, processing subscriptions and marketplace purchases, paying out creators, answering your messages, and keeping the platform safe. Remember that your page and posts are public by design — that's the point of the product. We don't sell your data and we don't run third-party advertising.
03Who processes your data
We use third-party providers to run Enchant.ee — hosting and the database, media storage, payments and payouts, transactional email, error tracking, abuse prevention, optional analytics, the AI features, and the platforms you choose to connect to your page. The full current list, what each one receives and where it is located, is at enchant.ee/privacy/subprocessors. We do not sell your personal information and we do not run third-party advertising. We share data outside that list only when the law requires it, or when you explicitly ask us to (for example by connecting a social account).
05How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your account data; residual copies in backups are purged on our normal backup cycle. Transaction records may be kept longer where accounting or tax law requires it.
06Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — email support@enchant.ee and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your pages, posts, and uploads.
07Children
Enchant.ee is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we delete such accounts when we discover them.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Updates are posted on this page, and we'll give notice for material changes.
