01Accepting these terms
Enchant.ee is a page builder with a social layer: you build a personal page from widgets, share one link, and follow other people's pages. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Enchant.ee.
02Your account
You need an account for most features. You can sign in with Google or with a username and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Enchant.ee. We ask for your date of birth when you create an account and check it — accounts we find belong to someone under 13 are removed. Some countries set a higher age for consenting to data processing on their own; if you are under that age where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Your username must not impersonate someone else or squat on a name you have no claim to.
03Your content
Everything you put on your page — text, images, widgets, posts, templates you publish — stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it so the service can work: showing your page at your public link, your posts in the feed, your templates in the gallery. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. If you delete content we stop displaying it, though copies may persist briefly in backups.
04Acceptable use
Don't use Enchant.ee for anything illegal or to harm people: no harassment, hate, content that sexualizes minors, malware, phishing, spam, large-scale scraping, or impersonation. Don't try to break, probe, or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. When we act against your content or your account we tell you what we did, what it was judged against, and how to challenge it — you can reply to that message to appeal and a person will look again. To report something to us: use the report button on a post or profile for rule breaches, enchant.ee/notice for content you believe is illegal (anyone can file, no account needed), and enchant.ee/dmca for copyright.
05Paid plans and billing
Enchant.ee has a free tier (Novice) and paid subscriptions: Élégante ($6/month), Vedette ($12/month), and Icône ($20/month). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they handle checkout, taxes, and receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep your plan's features until the end of the paid period; we don't prorate partial periods. Downgrading turns off features beyond your new tier but never deletes your content. Prices may change; we'll announce changes before they affect an existing subscription.
06The marketplace
Creators can sell templates and other items on Enchant.ee. Digital items are delivered immediately, so by buying one you ask us to start delivery right away and you accept that this ends your 14-day right to change your mind under EU and UK consumer law. That waiver applies to the withdrawal right only — it does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, is not what it claimed to be, or never arrives, and in those cases you are entitled to a refund. Contact support@enchant.ee and we will put it right. Your card provider may still process a chargeback; chargebacks are handled by the payment processor, not by us. If you sell items: you must own or have the rights to everything in them, they must work as described, and we may remove listings that break these terms. Creator earnings become available to withdraw 14 days after a sale, so refunds and chargebacks can settle first. You request a payout in your shop and we send it manually to the PayPal address on your account — payouts are not automated, so allow a few days. We may hold or reverse payouts connected to fraud or chargebacks.
07Termination
You can stop using Enchant.ee at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive — licenses for already-sold items, liability limits, governing law — survive termination.
08Disclaimers and limits on liability
Enchant.ee is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service up and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Enchant.ee after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Questions, notices, and legal requests go to support@enchant.ee.
