Use this form to tell us about content on Enchant.ee that you believe breaks the law. Anyone can file a notice — you do not need an account. This is the notice-and-action mechanism required by Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act.
What happens next. You get a reference number straight away. We review every notice and aim to decide within 7 days. If you give us an email address, we will tell you what we decided and why.
If we act, the person who posted the content is told what happened, which rule or law it was judged against, and how to challenge the decision. They can appeal.
